About D.O.T Lawn Services

Mid-July around West Boulevard, the heat sits on the pavement and the lawns go pale by Thursday — the season that separates a mowed yard from a managed one. D.O.T Lawn Services cuts, trims and edges through it, raising the deck when the grass is stressed and dropping it back when the rain returns. The blocks near Cudell Commons run to deep front lawns and tree lawns full of roots, so the passes are planned and the trimmer finishes what the mower can't. Clippings get blown off the walk before the truck leaves. Come October the same lawns get their leaves taken down to the green.
