About Burton & Son Landscaping, Inc.

By late October the lawns along Lake Shore Boulevard are half gold, half green, and the wind off the water past Euclid Beach strips a maple in an afternoon. Burton & Son Landscaping, Inc. mows, trims and clears through all of it — weekly cuts in the long light of summer, then leaf work until the beds are down to bare mulch. The lakefront strip grows lush and grows fast, and a mower that shows up on rhythm keeps it looking intentional rather than merely alive. Beds get their edge redrawn so the line survives the winter. Come the first hard frost, the yard is closed up neat and ready to sleep.
