About Warner Property Maintenance

By early November the mowers around Clayton have gone quiet, the old National Road a few miles south carries its traffic under bare branches, and the first hard freeze arrives some night without asking. Warner Property Maintenance keeps properties on both sides of that line — mowing, trimming and edging while grass is still making a claim on the week, then plowing lots and drives, clearing walks and putting down salt once the cold takes over. Grounds work in this valley is mostly about anticipation: knowing which shaded corner will glaze first, which strip of lawn always needs a second pass. The good part is arriving to a place already set right, whether that means a clean-cut lawn in June or a lot opened before the first car pulls in. Same properties, kept in hand all the way around the year.
