About Ronald R. Schloss Co. Inc.

At three in the morning the lots down in Queensgate stand empty and blue under the sodium lights, and that is exactly when snow work gets done right. Ronald R. Schloss Co. Inc. pushes those acres back to the curb line, stacks the piles where they will not block a dock door, and salts the pavement people will be walking across at six. Storms here come in wet off the river and freeze into ruts if they sit, so timing beats horsepower most nights. Downtown and the West End add their own puzzle of one-ways, alleys and loading aprons that have to stay open. By the time the first trucks roll in, the ground is clear and the night belongs to nobody but the driver.
