About J & J Mower Service
Late May in Oakley sounds like engines — somebody's mower two doors down, a trimmer working a fence line, a whole neighborhood deciding at once that the grass has gotten away from it. J & J Mower Service is in that chorus, cutting and edging the tight, tidy lots off Madison Road where a yard is small enough that every mistake shows. Precision matters more on a little lawn: the border at the drive, the trim around the porch steps, the sidewalk swept clean afterward. Cincinnati's spring is generous and short-tempered, rain then heat then rain again, and the grass does not wait. Keeping up with it is the whole art.
