Davies Landscape & Lawncare

About Davies Landscape & Lawncare

The streets of Wyoming and Glendale were planted for shade generations back, and every autumn those trees hand all of it down at once. Davies Landscape & Lawncare mows beneath that canopy through the summer — the cut, the trim around root flares and iron fences, the edge along brick walks. Shade lawns are their own puzzle, thin wherever the sun never lands, so aeration and overseeding belong to the yearly plan as much as the mowing does. Then leaf season, which on those blocks is less a chore than a campaign, worked yard by yard until the grass is visible again. There is a particular pleasure in the last pass of November, when the lawn turns up green under everything that had covered it.
