About Allison Landscaping and Water Gardens

Cincinnati has always been a city of water, springs seeping out of the Clifton ravines, culverted creeks folding down toward the Mill Creek, the big river holding the whole valley's weather in place. Allison Landscaping and Water Gardens works with that current in mind, shaping beds and lawns so ground drains where it should and the planting reads calm. The green months are mowing, trimming, bed care and landscape work; the cold ones turn the same water hard. Then it becomes plowing, shoveling and salting drives and walks so a morning can start on time. A pond skimmed clear in April and a driveway black and open in January are the same attention at two different temperatures.
