About Earth Concepts

Follow the creek bottoms at Big Creek Park through a year and you get the whole calendar: mud, then green so fast it's almost rude, then color, then white. Earth Concepts keeps pace with it — mowing and trimming through the long light of summer, hauling away leaves when the maples let go, and running the plow once the plateau starts collecting lake snow. Edges are cut sharp along walks and beds; drives are opened before the workday is. On July evenings they finish with the mower lines still holding the last of the sun. By January the same yards are dark at five and open by dawn.
