About Performance Property Care, llc

Centerburg likes to say it sits at the geographic center of Ohio, which means the snow crossing the state has to come through here on its way to everywhere else. Performance Property Care, llc meets it at three in the morning — plowing drives and lots, clearing walks, breaking the ice loose before the first headlights come down Route 3. Knox County rolls gently toward the Kokosing, and every rise is a driveway that needs pushing before dawn. There is a particular quiet at that hour, engine and blade and nothing else, and then a clear dark lane where an hour ago there was none. That is the whole job, and it is a good one.
