Zutali Lawn Care

About Zutali Lawn Care

By the middle of October the big trees along Canton's older brick streets start letting go all at once, and a yard can go from raked to buried between a Friday and a Sunday. Zutali Lawn Care runs the season out to its end — the last cuts taken low, leaves gathered off the turf, beds cleared before the ground goes hard. A fall afternoon in this county has a smell all its own, cut grass and wet leaves and woodsmoke somewhere down the block, and it belongs to this work. Come spring the same lawns get opened up again and mowed, trimmed and edged week after week through the long green middle of the year. A yard kept steady all season is the whole idea: nothing dramatic, just a place that always looks looked-after.
