About Beck's Lawn Care & Landscaping

When a squall comes down off Lake Erie it tends to reach Meyers Lake right at dusk, wind pushing white across the ice and then across the roads. Beck's work starts about then and does not stop until the lots are open and the walks are down to pavement — plowing, shoveling by hand where a blade will not fit, salt spread so the overnight refreeze has nothing to grab. Winters here run more freeze-and-thaw than blizzard, which means one driveway can want attention three times in a week, and it gets it. There is a real satisfaction in a cleared apron before the sun is up, the plow's own line the only mark on it. Snow removal for Canton, Perry Heights and the townships around them.
