Nates' Lawn Care

About Nates' Lawn Care

Storms in Crawford County announce themselves early — the western sky over the open fields goes bruise-dark a full hour before anything lands, and everybody working outside starts doing math on daylight. Nates' Lawn Care does that math along the old Lincoln Highway corridor and the streets that feed into it, mowing, trimming and edging, then hauling off the debris a hard blow leaves behind. There is a particular pleasure in closing out a whole route with the first raindrops ticking on the truck bed. Flat land means wind, and wind means sticks and leaves down where there were none yesterday. Clearing them is half the job and most of the difference.
