About Lee's Excavating Inc

Snow off Yankee Lake comes in flat and fast, and by morning the long rural drives around Brookfield Township are filled corner to corner. Lee's Excavating Inc pushes them back open — plowing driveways and lots, cutting turnarounds wide enough to actually turn around in, salting the slick where a lane meets the township road. Out here a driveway can be a quarter mile of nothing but hope, and getting it opened before the workday starts is the whole assignment. Trumbull County ice has a stubbornness all its own, and the de-icer goes down accordingly. Brookfield Township, Masury, Hubbard, Vienna and the roads toward Warren.
