Great Lakes Snow Management

About Great Lakes Snow Management

Lake Erie makes its own weather, and when the wind swings northwest the bands come inland and climb the high ground at Broadview Heights, where a few extra inches always seem to land. Great Lakes Snow Management works the dark side of that — out at three in the morning, plowing lots and driveways so the first car of the day has nothing to think about. There is a plain pride in a parking lot pushed all the way to its corners, a walkway opened down to the pavement, and salt laid before the refreeze at daybreak. Storms here rarely come just once; the job is going back, and back again, until Route 82 is moving and the town wakes up to bare concrete. Snow service for Broadview Heights and the surrounding communities of Brecksville, North Royalton, Independence, Seven Hills and Parma.
