About Property Maintenance Services, Inc.

At four in the morning in January, the hill streets above Bridgeport are the whole job: pitched drives, tight alleys, and terraced lots where a plow has to think about where the snow will sit once it is moved. Property Maintenance Services, Inc. runs those routes along the old National Road corridor, opening drives and lots wide, clearing the steps and the mailbox approach, and putting salt where a slope would otherwise turn to glass by daylight. When the valley greens up again the same properties get mowed on the same awkward ground, trimmed along the walls and the alley fences, and blown off so nothing tracks inside. It is year-round upkeep for places that never sit flat and never make it easy. The measure of it is simple — a cleared drive at first light in winter, a straight-cut lawn on a summer Friday.
