About American Grass Lawn Care LLC

Bloomdale sits on ground the old Black Swamp gave up, drained straight and farmed square, so the horizon runs flat to a distant tree line and the wind crosses it all day with nothing to slow it down. American Grass Lawn Care LLC mows the village lots and the outlying farm yards out there, where a lawn is measured against a very level world and any crooked pass is obvious from the road. The work is stripes laid true, trimming close around the mailbox post and the propane tank, and walks cleared of clippings before the truck pulls away. Wood County summers can swing from a week of dust to a night of rain that turns everything green again overnight, and the mowing schedule bends to that. By late October the job turns to leaves and to putting each yard down flat and neat for the flat-land winter.
