About Jonestown Acres

Some yards in Black Creek are measured less in square feet than in acres, spreading out from the farmhouse toward the ditch and the road. Jonestown Acres handles lawn care built for that scale, the long open stretches where a mower can run straight for a good while before it turns. Late August brings crickets singing in the grass and heat shimmer rising off the gravel, and a big lawn kept even through all of it is a small triumph. The cut lines stretch out like rows in a planted field, echoing the land around them. By evening the whole property looks combed and rested.
