About Home Free

A February storm over Bexley usually begins after dark, quiet at first, then steady enough to bury the oaks along East Broad Street inside an hour. Home Free answers those nights — plowing driveways, opening walks and front steps, laying ice melt where the shade keeps pavement slick past noon. There is a specific relief in returning from a long drive to find your own apron already cut open and waiting, and that moment is the point of the entire operation. Long shared drives and larger lots get the same attention as a short city driveway. When the plow rounds the corner and the salt goes down, a snowbound street becomes a place people can leave from again.
