Mr. Mow it all

About Mr. Mow it all

Saturday starts before the town does. The dew is still heavy on the river-flat yards of Belpre when the trailer gate drops, and the first cut of the morning leaves a dark wet track behind it. Mr. Mow it all runs the day the way the name suggests — front yards, back yards, the awkward strip along the ditch line, the bank nobody else wants to take on. Mowing, trimming, edging and a clean blow-off, one property after another, until the afternoon sun has dried everything and the last driveway is swept. By evening a whole street can look different, and the difference is the sort a neighbor notices without quite knowing why.
