About Rose of Sharon Landscaping

The first hard frost in Bedford shows up on the lawns around the Commons — white, even, and gone by nine o'clock. Rose of Sharon Landscaping is already out in it, finishing fall cleanups: leaves off the grass, beds cleared, the last cut taken low. A few weeks later those same properties are being plowed, shoveled and salted, driveways opened while the streetlights are still burning. Spring runs the whole thing back the other direction with mowing, edging and trimming, and the smell of a first cut in a town with plenty of old trees to shade it. A year of this work makes a circle, and the yards keep the record of it.
