Jamie's Landscaping and Greenhouses

About Jamie's Landscaping and Greenhouses

Some of the flattest, most open ground in Butler County lies just west of Beckett Ridge, out where the old antenna fields ran, and the wind takes a snowstorm across it sideways. Jamie's Landscaping and Greenhouses plows into that wind. A February afternoon here can melt an inch off a lot and then refreeze every bit of it after dark, which means the second visit — the salt, the scrape along the seam where water pools — is often the one that counts. Drives, walks and lots get cleared the whole way out, not just wide enough to squeeze through. There is a plain pride in swinging back past a property at nine at night and finding it still bare.
