About Yanton's Outdoor Living

In January a Beavercreek backyard goes blue at dusk — the snow holding the last of the light long after the sky has quit. Yanton's Outdoor Living spends the winter making sure a person can actually get out into it, and out of the driveway in the morning. The apron and the front walk come first, then the path around back, the steps, the strip of patio that will hold a chair again in April. Around here a storm often ends in a hard freeze, so the ice work matters as much as the pushing. The result is a house that keeps its shape all winter instead of disappearing under it.
