About MIG Property Management

A managed property keeps its own calendar, and that calendar never stops turning. MIG Property Management holds Elyria courtyards, shared drives and common lawns to it all the way around — mowing and trimming through the green months, clearing up when the leaves let go, plowing and salting once the lots go white. Residents mostly notice the absence of problems: no shaggy strip by the mailboxes, no ice at the bottom of the stairs. Getting there means somebody is out ahead of the weather, week after week, whether anyone is watching or not. The result is a property that simply works, every day of the year.
