About Tree of Leif Tree Services LLC

Fog sits in the Hocking bottoms most Athens mornings, and it burns off to show sycamores along the river with their bark peeling like old paint. Up on the brick streets the hill yards are steep and the trees are older than the porches they cover. Tree of Leif Tree Services LLC takes them on — removal where a hillside oak has begun to lean toward a roof, trimming that clears a gutter line and hands a porch its light back, pruning shaped to the way a tree in these Appalachian foothills actually grows. Storms track up the valley quickly and leave the ordinary evidence: a split limb, a blocked drive, a fence pinned under brush, all of it carried off until the yard reads as a yard again. Athens keeps its green close to the houses, and this is the work that keeps it standing.
