About Agroscapes

Nothing stands between Ashville and the horizon to slow a January wind, so snow here is a moving thing — it can fill a driveway an hour after it was opened. Agroscapes plows through that, clearing drives and lots, cutting the ridge the road plow leaves across the apron, shoveling walks and steps, and laying salt where the wind polishes a surface to glass. The flat Pickaway plain gives every storm a running start, which makes the second and third pass part of the plan rather than a surprise. The best minute of the day is the one before sunrise: black pavement, a clean apron, and no tracks on it yet. From there the route carries on toward Circleville and starts over.
