Basic Lawncare

About Basic Lawncare

Down in the Harbor district, Bridge Street tips toward the water and the late light comes in sideways, gold on old brick. Basic Lawncare keeps the green part of that picture in order — mowing on a steady week-to-week turn, string trimming around posts and fences, edging where the turf tries to creep over the concrete. There is nothing fancy in the name and nothing fancy in the method: arrive, cut it right, clear the clippings off the walk before leaving. A yard in this town mostly asks to be kept, and keeping is a real skill practiced week after week. The payoff is a lawn that still looks like the day it was finished three days later.
