About Rose's Farm & Lawn

Andover sits in the flat, open northeast corner of Ohio with Pymatuning's big water just east of town, and in summer the wind comes off it all afternoon. Rose's Farm & Lawn mows the lawns of that country — village yards on the shaded streets near the square, farmhouse grass behind a windbreak of maples, the wide green around outbuildings. Ashtabula County growing weather is generous: cool nights, plenty of rain, and grass that will outrun anybody if a week gets away. So the work stays regular and unhurried — cut, trim, edge, move on, come back. A lawn that stays even all season is its own quiet argument.
