Monarch Maintenance

About Monarch Maintenance

Wind moves along the Five Mile Road ridge with nothing to slow it — warm and grassy in July, dry and mean in February. Monarch Maintenance takes the township both ways: mowing, trimming and edging when the growth won't quit, pushing snow and putting down salt when the pavement disappears. Ridge properties catch the drifting first and the sun last, so winter work up there starts earlier and runs longer. Summer's payoff is a lawn with clean geometry; winter's is a driveway you can back out of without thinking about it. The wind doesn't care either way. The schedule does.
