Lehman's Lawn and Landscape

About Lehman's Lawn and Landscape

Amherst's older streets grow a heavy canopy — silver maple, black walnut, sycamore leaning out over the pavement — and every October the whole of it comes down at once. Lehman's spends that stretch moving leaves: off the turf before it mats, out of the beds, away from the walks where wet leaves turn slick underfoot. The rest of the year runs on a weekly clock of mowing and trimming, edging the drives, keeping bed lines and shrub shapes honest. Landscape work rounds it out with mulch, plantings, and the small structural fixes that let a front yard read as one idea instead of five. Under that much shade a lawn takes patience, and patience is most of what this job asks for.
