About Willow Hill LLC

Out at the Portage Lakes the willows go gold before anything else, and the water throws light back up into the yards along the shore. Willow Hill LLC works that stretch below Akron, mowing, trimming and edging while the season runs, clearing the leaves once the wind off the lakes brings them down, then plowing drives and walks after the coves start to skim over. Lakeside lots are odd shapes, tipped toward the shoreline, and they reward an unhurried pass. In summer the payoff is a clean stripe running all the way down to the dock. In February it is a driveway open at first light.
