Greenpoint Lawn Care

About Greenpoint Lawn Care

July on West Hill: heat pressed down over Perkins Woods, thunderheads stacking in the west by four o'clock, grass growing like it knows the rain is coming. Greenpoint Lawn Care works Akron's midsummer window in the cool of the morning — cutting high so the roots keep their shade, trimming tight along the fences, edging the walks into a clean seam. Clippings come off the drive and the sidewalk before the truck leaves, every single time. It is a small discipline, and it is what separates a mowed lawn from a finished one. By evening the storm arrives and the yard drinks it all in.
