About Martino Landscape Contractors INC

Old field walls run through half the properties out toward Amawalk, gray stone laid up when this was pasture and now holding back nothing but lawn. Martino Landscape Contractors INC mows and edges around them all summer, trimming the grass out of the joints so the line of the wall stays readable. Cleanups in spring and fall reset the beds along those borders and clear the leaf drift that piles against the stones. In winter the same routes get plowed — driveways opened wide, walks cleared, ice knocked down at the doors. Working a landscape that has been shaped this long carries its own kind of pride, and it shows in how tidy the edges stay.
