About Yonkers Property Services, LLC

Up on the ridge by Hillview Reservoir you can see how the city lies — Ashburton running downhill, rooftops stepping toward the Hudson, and a surprising amount of grass in between. Yonkers Property Services, LLC keeps its share of it: weekly mowing, edging and trimming, mulch in the beds, hedges shaped, a thorough cleanup in spring and another once the leaves are down. When the season turns, the trucks go over to plowing — driveways and lots opened, walks and steps cleared, salt and sand where ice sets up in the shade. Property work is never glamorous and it is never finished. But a customer who steps out to a bare driveway, or pulls up to a squared-off lawn, knows somebody got there first.
