About Paolo's Landscaping Company

Park Hill's streets climb in terraces, and on a June evening the low sun comes over the Palisades and lays gold across every retaining wall and small green yard stacked up the slope. Paolo's Landscaping Company works those yards — mowing, trimming, edging, keeping the beds mulched and the hedges tight to shape. Hill lawns are their own puzzle: you learn which way to run the mower so the stripes read from the street below, and where the wet corner is that never quite dries. Cleanups come twice around, spring's raking and fall's long haul of leaves down to the curb. Yonkers is a city of small, hard-won lawns, and there is pride in giving each one a clean edge.
