About NY Property Services & Maintenance,LLC

Downtown, the Saw Mill River runs open again through Van der Donck Park, and you can stand there in October and watch the leaves ride it south toward the Hudson. NY Property Services & Maintenance, LLC keeps the properties above that little valley in order all year — mowing and trimming through the warm months, hauling the leaves off in autumn, then plowing and salting once the parkways go white. A property looks after itself for nobody: somebody has to walk the edges, clear the drains of matted leaf, and be out at four in the morning with the plow down. The reward is a lot that is ready before anyone arrives — turf cut square in July, a driveway bare and gritted in January.
