Taylor Tree Care

About Taylor Tree Care

On a June evening in Westport the lake goes flat, the Green Mountains stand up sharp on the far shore, and every yard on the slope down to the water wants its view without giving up its shade. Taylor Tree Care makes that trade come out right — pruning to open a sightline, thinning a crown grown too full for the porch beneath it, removing the ones that should never have been over the roof. Champlain weather can turn inside an hour, and a hard squall out of the north leaves limbs on camp roofs and the Ballard Park side streets to clear. Removals happen on ground that tilts toward the water, so the rigging is settled before anything is cut. When the truck is loaded the lawn shows no sign of it, and the lake is right there through the trees.
