About GBR Landscaping Contracting

Dig anywhere in Westbury and you hit sand — the outwash the glaciers left behind, quick to drain and quicker to dry. GBR Landscaping Contracting builds its lawn work around that ground: feeding it, seeding it, keeping thatch from choking what the soil gives up slowly. Come October the oaks let go all at once and the yards vanish under an amber tide; the crew clears it, cuts the beds back to a line, and hands the lawn over to the frost in good order. Spring finds them at it again, raking winter out of the corners and laying fresh mulch. The soil here is what it is, and the work is built to suit it.
