About Timberline Tree & Landscape Inc.

The Hackensack begins in West Nyack's low ground, Lake DeForest holds the water back, and the Palisades ridge stands between this town and the Hudson. Winter here is rarely simple — a storm that starts as snow can finish as ice, and the shaded driveways under those hemlocks give nothing back until noon. Timberline Tree & Landscape Inc. plows and clears through all of it: drives and lots opened, walks and steps shoveled, salt where the melt keeps refreezing after dark. Rockland gets up early and drives everywhere, so the work happens overnight and gets judged at seven in the morning by whether a car can back out without anyone thinking about it. It usually can, and that is the whole measure of the job.
