Lake Ontario decides a lot about Webster — it holds the frost off the orchards in spring and then sends its own snow across town all winter, sideways and in a hurry. Roze Property Care LLC works both sides of that arrangement: plowing and shoveling drives and walks after a lake band comes through, and mowing, edging and trimming those same yards from the first warm week to the last. Down along Four Mile Creek and up in the village the lawns are older and shaded, and they do well when nothing is rushed. The reward in winter is a driveway open at five in the morning; in summer it is a straight edge along a sidewalk that runs the whole block. Different tools, same idea.
