About CPM Property Services

Ridge Road follows an ancient shoreline — a beach left behind by a lake that drained long before anyone here kept time — and CPM Property Services works the driveways and lots that sit along it. Winter in Webster arrives sideways, and the plowing starts hours before the first porch light comes on. Walks get shoveled down to bare concrete; salt goes where the ice likes to gather at the bottom of a slope. There is real satisfaction in a lot that looks finished at five in the morning, banks squared, corners open, nothing left for a driver to guess at. The town wakes up and simply goes.
