About Ync Property Preservation LLC

February in Wawayanda is bare oaks, a gray lid of sky, and a crust over everything that never quite melts. Ync Property Preservation LLC keeps the back-road driveways and walkways of the town open through it — plowing, shoveling, and salting the shaded spots that stay slick long after the sun has done what it can. Some of these lanes are narrow and long, and where the snow gets stacked matters as much as where it fell. There's a plain pleasure in the finished pass: two dark ruts down to gravel, banks squared off, a front step somebody can actually stand on. Then back out into the dark toward the next one.
