Riley's Property Services

About Riley's Property Services

There is a week each October when Watertown quietly changes hands — the maples along the older brick streets let go all at once, and the gutters near Public Square fill faster than anyone can rake them. Riley's Property Services works both ends of that turn: mowing, trimming and fall cleanups while the ground is still soft, then plowing, clearing and salting once the first hard band comes through. Same yards, same driveways, a different blade on the truck. Knowing a property in July is half of what makes it easy to plow in January — where the culvert sits, where the pavement really ends, which corner the drift always builds against. It is unglamorous, useful work, and it keeps the same houses moving the whole year round.
