About Elite Property Management

Calcium wakes early, and the lots along the Route 11 corridor have to be open before anyone turns a key. Elite Property Management works both halves of the Le Ray year — plowing, shoveling and ice control from the first squall to the last mud of April, then mowing, trimming and cleanups once the fields come back green. Winter arrives sideways off the lake here and settles in for months; summer answers in a burst, grass climbing after every rain. Grounds get kept on a rotation rather than a whim, so a property looks the same on a Tuesday in February as it does in July. It is unglamorous work, and the result is a place that simply functions.
