About Jacob’s Property Maintenance LLC.

Millbrook wakes up green — hedges clipped along the avenue, lawns running back from white porches, and beyond the village the horse fences going out over the hills of Washington in long pale lines. Jacob's Property Maintenance LLC. mows and trims those properties straight through the season, holding the edges tight where lawn meets gravel, stone wall and bed. It is a town that notices a clean line, and there is something steadying about holding one. Spring opens with the cleanup — winter's fallen wood and matted leaf raked out from under the shrubs — and October closes with the leaves off the turf. In between it is grass, cut even, on the day it is expected.
