About Selvin landscaping

Follow the old rail bed north out of Valley Cottage and the land climbs toward Rockland Lake with the Hudson glinting through the trees on your right. Selvin landscaping works the yards along that rise, mowing and trimming and edging so a lawn keeps its outline even where the ground refuses to. Leaves here fall in two waves — maples in October, oaks stubborn into December — so cleanups come in rounds rather than one afternoon. Then winter, and the plow work: driveways cleared down to pavement, walks cut wide, the pile pushed where it won't block a sightline. Small things, done right, that a person feels every morning without ever naming them.
