About Green Flow Property Management

Winter arrives in Valatie the way water does — quietly, all night, until Kinderhook Creek wears a rim of ice at the falls and Main Street is one soft white page. Green Flow Property Management works those dark hours, plowing driveways and lots and clearing walks so the village can find its way out again by breakfast. There is real satisfaction in a lot opened square to its edges, in salt laid exactly where the shade holds a glaze past noon. Storms here slide down off the Berkshire foothills and stall over the Kinderhook valley, so the work gets measured in return trips as much as in inches. When the sun finally comes up over the old mill brick, the pavement is dark and dry and nobody has to think about it.
