Coe's Cleanouts & Property Maintenance

About Coe's Cleanouts & Property Maintenance

Cornhill climbs, and in the last week of October everything it holds comes down at once — maple, oak, whatever the wind off the valley shakes loose. Coe's Cleanouts & Property Maintenance works that stretch of Utica with rakes, tarps and a truck bed, hauling out leaf piles, winter brush and the corners of a yard that got away from somebody over the summer. Mowing and trimming keep those same properties tidy the rest of the year, so nothing has to be rescued twice. There is a particular satisfaction in a back yard that was chest-high in the morning and open ground by supper. The hill improves one address at a time.
