About Dave's Property Maintenance LLC

Sycamores lean out over the Susquehanna behind Endwell, pale-barked and huge, and when they let go in late October a riverside yard can vanish overnight. Dave's Property Maintenance LLC handles that season and the one that follows it: leaf cleanups and the last mowings, then plowing, walkway shoveling and salt as the valley locks up. Mowing, trimming and edging carry the warm months from the first cut to the last. It is steady, year-round tending rather than a visit here and there. Properties across Union and the river towns beside it.
