About UnderDog Property Services

Winter arrives in Troy off the river first — a wind that finds every gap between the brick fronts near Monument Square, then climbs. UnderDog Property Services works those climbs: the numbered streets stacked uphill east of the water, where a cleared lane can turn to glass by four in the morning. Plowing, shoveling, salting and sanding, finished before the first commuter gears down at the top of the grade. There is a plain satisfaction in a stoop swept back to the bare stone and a driveway that lets a car out on the first try. Snow removal is the whole of the trade here, and the Collar City gives it plenty to work with.
