About Tom Phibbs Lawn Care

Congress Street runs uphill east out of downtown — brick, stoop and small front lawn the whole way. Tom Phibbs Lawn Care mows those yards and the larger ones past the crest, trimming what the deck misses and edging along the walks until the border is a single line. Spring cleanups open a yard back up; fall cleanups keep the leaves from packing down over the grass. Late June in Troy is thick and green and fast, and the only real answer to it is a schedule you keep. Kept, it shows — every week, on every stop.
